1)      KEK LOK SI TEMPLE ( visit )- One of the finest Buddhist temple in South        East Asia. The temple took more than 20 years to build, stands majestically on a hill in Ayer Itam. The temple culminates with the beautiful crafted . Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddha.

 

2)      FORT CORNWALLIS ( photo stop)- The  fort marks the spot where the British fleet , under Captian Francis Light disembarked.

 

3)      BATU FERRINGHI ( drive pass ) . Drive through Batu Ferringhi which was once called Portuguese Rock. Along the Batu Ferringhi , you will find a stretch of International hotel and Resorts.

 

4)      BATIK FACTORY ( visit) . Stop by to witness the process of Batik printing.

 

5)      TELUK BAHANG FISHING VILLAGE ( photo stop)- A walk on the jetty to see the type of fishing trawlers that are being used by our fisherman.

 

6)      BUTTERFLY FARM ( visit )- The farm spans 0.8 ha and is home to 3,000 living specimens from over 20 species of colourful butterflies, frog, scorpions and other insects.

 

7)      FRUITS STALL ( stop )- You will have the chance to see the fruits in season . You may also learn the many  uses of  Nutmeg Fruit.

8)      Malay Village ( stop ) -  Stop by and a walk into a Malay Village to experience the Village life. Arrangement will be made to visit one of  a  Malay house to have a feel of their life .

 

9)      SANKE TEMPLE ( visit) . The temple was built in 1850 and was dedicated the deity Chor Soo Kong. These poisonous snakes, seen coiled round the pillar, beams and potted plants within the temple are believe to be rendered harmless by the smoke of the burning incense.
